COSTS & DESTINATIONS:
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on accessory orders over $99.
Orders Under $99: For accessory orders below $99, the shipping fee will be calculated based on the delivery distance and displayed at checkout.
We currently only deliver to addresses within the Continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Islands, Military Areas) .
Please note that some models are currently only available for shipment to specific regions due to logistics and distribution constraints. During checkout, eligible shipping options will be displayed based on the model and your delivery address.
SHIPPING FROM:
We ship from our US local warehouse.
All in stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery typically takes 4-8 business days after the order has been processed. Please note that these delivery times are estimated and can vary depending on the destination and external factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHANGES:
NO CHARGE for changing the address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.
$30 WILL BE CHARGED when the in-transit logistics information shows that the change is successful on CEVA.
$200 WILL BE CHARGED to cancel the order after the package has already shipped.
$200 WILL BE CHARGED if the customer does not accept the package or the package is undelivered.
$200 WILL BE CHARGED if the package has already been delivered to the original address successfully.
Any changes you make to your shipment after the item has shipped, including but not limited to changing your address, placing an order on hold, or updating your shipping settings/preferences, may delay your receipt of the product and replacement and/or refund. If you wish to change the color or size of your e-bike, you must do so before your order is shipped.
Kindly Notes:
1. Please note Anycom is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of any parcel service.
2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For more information regarding our limited warranty and claims process, please review our Limited Warranty Terms, which are incorporated into by reference and form a part of these Terms.
3. Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.
4. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
5. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Specific fees:
-E-bikes: $200/pc for a return
-Accessory: $15/pc for a return
-Battery: $100/pc for a return
SHIPPING DAMAGE:
Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 24 hours after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated for free.
Damage to a listed part in the Limited Warranty during shipping is not covered by the Limited Warranty, but Anycom will replace such damaged listed parts if you:
Notify support@anycombike.com of a listed part damaged in the shipping process within 24 hours of your receipt of the e-bike;
Provide Anycom with a dated picture of the damaged listed part;
Return all original packaging and paperwork included with the e-bike;
Note any damage to your product(s) on the Bill of Lading before you and the shipper sign-off on the shipment.
Note that shipping damage claims are very time-sensitive and it is your responsibility to immediately inspect the e-bike for damage upon receipt. When all the spare parts for warranty are sent to the customer, the customer will cover the cost of shipping.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage that may occur during ship.
